Please let us know how you want to get involved with renewing Canada's NDP!

We have three teams that you can join:

1. The Engagement Team

On the Engagement Team, you will help reach out to other members and activists through phonebanking, texting, emailing, and hosting or supporting events like virtual town halls! The Engagement Team drives our efforts on the ground, and brings in more people to ensure we can make a renewal effort that truly reflects the membership! If you have organizing or outreach skills you want to share, this is the team for you.

2. The Policy Team

On the Policy Team, you will help collect responses and listen to the membership for what changes they want to see. The Policy Team is in charge of drafting the resolutions and report that will be presented at the 2026 Convention in Winnipeg, as well as providing the Engagement Team with things to talk about at events, and reach out to folks about! If you are a policy wonk, who loves poring over data and turning it into policy, this is the team for you!

3. The Support Team

On the Support Team, you will help with anything from translation, to graphic design, to data-entry and tech support. This team is the backbone of the Renewal Initiative which allows the other two teams to continue doing their work and gives them the ability to do it in the first place! If you have tech skills, graphic design skills, speak another language and can translate, or any other helpful skills that you want to use here, this is the team for you!
